Over the years, there have been many persons who have inquired about the

name of this ministry. There were some who were seeking the knowledge for the edification of the body of Jesus Christ while others wanted to find some fault to the destruction of the minstry. For what ever reason you are seeking this information, I will do my best to give clarity and understanding

of the name of this ordained ministry of God, " The Alternative-Jesus Christ Alpha and Omega Christians United."

The Alternative

The Merriam-Webster's dictionary defines the word "ALTERNATIVE" as offering or expressing a choice. We are admonished in the bible, Joshua 24:15, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the god's which your father's served, that were on the other side of the flood, or the god's of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell: but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. In this old testament reference the people are given an "alternative" or choice to choose righteousness over wickedness.

It was this same state of wickedness that continued from generation to generation. The hope of the people was the prophecy that a messiah would come that would radicate the sins of the world. John 3:16 states; "for God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." God gave his Son, "Jesus Christ" who gives every one a choice between good and evil. Jesus Christ is the "alternative" to a life of sinfulness and degradation. John 10:10; The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Jesus is the Alternative, to a world of sin

Jesus Christ "" Alpha & Omega"

If we are wise to accept this gift of God, in the person of Jesus Christ as the propitiation for our sins, we come to the knowledge that He is God. There are many names attributed to him but in the book of Revelation 1:8, Jesus declares of himself, "I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending,which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. He is and always will be God and there is none else. Which leads us to what he expects from all those whose choose to follow Him...

Christians United

Those that choose to follow Jesus are instructed by the Lord, "take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart; and you shall find rest unto your souls. This message is universal and welcomes all of mankind to accept this precious gift of salvation. The world is full of hundreds of races, cultures, denominational beliefs and political governments and growing daily. The true followers of Jesus Christ understand that we are engrafted in one God family not bond by man made philosophies and doctrines, racism, denominationalism, socialism, etc. We are all ONE! There is One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of All, who is above all, and through all and in you all.

This is Jesus' prayer for his disciples that they be ONE, recorded in the book of Matthew 17; not only those disciples that walked with him but to all that shall believe in him throughtheir word. This include all born again believers from Jesus time on earth to the present. Christians may not all live in the same city, state, country or may not be apart of the same denomination or even a different race; If Jesus Christ is your Lord and saviour, we are expected be ONE.

Inner and Outer Circles

One of the many attributes of God is that, he is ETERNAL, from everlasting to everlasting thouu art God. The inner and outer circle symbolizes the perpetual existence of the Almighty. He is not bound by time or space. God has always been and will always be... There is no statrting or ending point. The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children. Psalm 103:17.

The Descending Dove

The descending dove represents that in dwelling power of the Holy Ghost. Before Jesus ascended to heaven after his resurrection, he made this promise to the disciples. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever, John 14:16. John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. Acts1:5 On the day of Pentecost, the promise was fulfilled as the Holy, Spirit came suddenly. "When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, as it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:1-4 This is the essential power that Jesus admonished the disciples, when he stated. "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and Samaria, and unto the uttermost parts of the earth." Acts 1:8. It is impossible to do the work of God without the Holy Spirit.

The Arch above the Cross

The arch symbolizes the grace of God which covers all that places their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. "For it is by grace we are saved by faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast..." Ephesians 2:8-10

Cross on the Hill

The Cross represents the sacrifice, while the Hill represents the place where Jesus ultimately bore the siins of the world, paying the price for our salvation with His death. This was not defeat but VICTORY for three days later, He was RESURRECTED!

BLOOD flows from the Cross

"And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without the shedding of blood there is no remission." Hebrews 9:22 Only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ can our sins be remitted.

The Colors

The colors of this logo as given by God are Purple, Gold and White. In some printouts the colors are not always defined. The purple represents the royalty of God, the gold for the diety of Christ and the white for the purity of God. Future picture of the logo will emphasize the blood flowing from the cross which will include RED in the logo.

This LOGO defines our purpose, It is God given and driven.
